  1. I have a home in Temecula, CA and, I’m considering selling. There is a housing shortage where I live, and I feel the market is going to crash. I’m considering moving from California, but I am not sure where to go. Whether and the price is essential to me. What is your opinion? pauloftemecula@gmail.com

  2. I think the title should be "The Housing Crash is Postponed". LOL It's only "when" which is the million dollar question and as long as the government keeps kicking the can down the road with these forbearances , it's anyone's guess when this crash will happen.

  3. Nice video From the look of things and according to a'nalysist in the
    c'rypto space. This period the perfect time to buy the dip and
    accumulate irrespective of the b'ulls being under pressure.
    B'itcoin moving up is inevitable and would see the price of
    b'itcoin surpass it's all-time highs. The reversal was imminent
    because obviously, the b'itcoin m'arket needed a correction to
    gather the right momentum to give the b'ulls more steam and
    this just makes it the perfect time to i'nvest and a'ccumulate as
    much as possible. However i see every mar:ket as an advantage
    to make more p'rofits as this is a very good buy zone and also to
    t'rade with a w'orking s'trategy. I started t'radn with Claus Smith
    since late last year and till date have m'ade over 35B'TC even
    with the ups and downs since the j'ourney. With Claus counsel
    I no longer have to worry about the rise and dip of B'itcoin, You

  4. It is NOT JUST the large resurgence in the DOW Jones of 30 Stocks, heading ABOVE 30,000 to 31,000!! You need to follow the U3
    Unemployment Rate, which for 9 months has been dropping DRAMATICALLY!! For January 2021, the US Labor Dept. Unemployment
    is now 6.5%!! Considering we were dealing with a 16% to 20% back in May 2020, this is a dramatic REVERSAL!! Also, for the past
    3-4 months, the Daily US Oil Output ( Y-Charts ) Statistics is 11.0 million barrels / day!! This is also very important!! US Oil Production,
    and prices per barrel, collapsed to less than $40 / barrel and 9 to 9.5 million bpd, after March 2020!! WTI is now over $62 / barrel!
    So, by following Unemployment AND actual US Oil Production and WTI pricing, gives us a much better US Economic View!
    REAL ESTATE WISE; There are MAJOR, STRUCTURAL re-alignments occurring in the Real Estate Market. Baby Boomers are LEAVING
    New York State, New Jersey and Connecticut, and are heading SOUTH! This trend has been in place for 10-20 years, and
    will continue for decades to come!! PERIOD!! So…Manhattan Real Estate may have collapsed, but it is AT THE EXPENSE of
    New Yorkers moving to Florida, or elsewhere. And they will be seeing EVER increasing Real Estate in Florida and elsewhere,
    in the South precisely, because of that DEMAND!! As an Owner/ Manager of 30 single-family houses / townhouses, for 16 years,
    I know what I am talking about!!

  5. The economy is expensive, not shambling. Prices are rising or is the money worth less, as one said in one sentence. Pandemic is a reason to adapt not halt. People turn to drugs in towns when the jobs leave. What is wrong with thinking of our fellow man more than a source of income?
