  1. Good evening Bobby and the crew, a good little hunt Bobby, laid in one hell of a spread!! Couldn't fail to succeed with so many decoys in the field! The pond's coming along well . We know you will get it sorted out eventually. It does take time to get a venture like that set up and there will always be some setback or other!! Keep the hunts coming Bobby and pray for rain for the pond!! The vids are always good to pass the dark winter nights away. Take care Malc and Ann (England) UK xx

  2. Go with wild rice in the water and sloughgrass and millet on the edges. Make it REAL crazy with some clover covering the uplands! Plant some trees around that baby also first thing so it doesn't look like a desert! Obviously don't plant them too close to the pit cuz they could block your angles but the opposite bank and the round end would benefit from trees so you don't get as much erosion. You'll be money

  3. You want something to grow anywhere wheat I used to work at a f Mill and it would grow on concrete long as it got water it will grow then you could come in with some other stuff and plant after the wheat dies down and we got some type of root system it can grab hold of

  4. Bluestem grass would be really good as like blind cover quite expensive but it's a good grass is really tall cattails are really invasive and spread really fast but if you maintain them I guess it would be okay but yeah right grass for feed and clover

  5. Plant tangerine trees to attract the ducks and geese. Here in Louisiana we can not keep the specks, cacklers, mallard and pintails out of our orchards. if we do not post people at night and all through out the day they will strip us clean in three days. We have 1600 acres so that is a lot of tangerines. I must say it is fun though watching them run around with a tangerine in their mouth, especially the spoonbills. Have noticed some are carrying little sacks so they can fly off with some to sell on the side of the road. Smart birds.

  6. Plant rye to help with erosion. Smart weed in the pond or a waterfowl mix of seeds . Plant 20yrds above and below where your waterline will be . Don't plant cattails. They will take over
