  1. I'm still focused on the higher end of the market and loving all these price drops. Still have a long way to go before I jump in, but excited for prices to start coming back to normal. Especially with interest rates going nuts and the markets tanking, I feel like those affect the higher end more than the middle segment.

    I see people listing homes for 1-2 million and higher that even 4 years ago were maybe $400-800k. Something tells me we'll be seeing a return to those ealier prices soon enough, I hope anyway!
