  1. I really wish to give my adulation to Jason Harper for this past few months indeed I was aghast at the rate at which I got my profit when I made my first investment with Jason Harper I am able to make $6300 weekly with him as my manager he is such an alluring person and I am grateful to him

  2. Video suggestion that I really need to see: what if you realize that the retirement age becomes an age you will almost certainly not reach but you diligently saved well for retirement until that point

The biggest crapper of Roth, 401k etc is that rediculous age requirement

  3. I had 21 shares of the REIT NRZ (a US based residential REIT) in my taxable brokerage account. I didn't want to put a lot of money into anything besides index funds that track the market because I thought it'd be too risky. But this video convinced me that I should add REITs to my retirement account too, I didn't know how much it would make a difference in my ROTH IRA until now. Thank you!!!

  4. REITs are a great idea if you can’t purchase a property yourself or don’t want to manage tenants/property managers. The tax advantages when you own are far better than a REITs return. But each housing market and investment property is different.

  5. Gee I wonder why real estate investment is so lucrative, could it possibly be that housing is a necessity and renters have almost no power against rent hikes? I'm so mad I will never be able to own a home while so many rich people use houses as passive income.
