Noir at 9 Prospect Tce, Hamilton has been developed by Zephyr Industries.

It’s bold, and it’s beautiful.

A five-level home at 9 Prospect Tce, Hamilton, may have been an “extremely challenging’’ project for Zephyr Industries’ Brayden Larkin, but he wouldn’t have it any other way.

With lift access to all levels and breathtaking views of Brisbane city, Mr Larkin said the sloping block made the build difficult to design.

“We had to do some really full-on engineering – it was an expensive house to build,” he said.

With families and young professional buyers in mind, Mr Larkin said the five-bedroom, eight-bathroom home, located in an exclusive part of Hamilton, would have great appeal.

There is a pool and spa with a glass bottom above the basement, a home integration system that can be controlled from a smart device anywhere in the world, a hi-tech security system, including face and fingerprint scanners, and security cameras.

Other features include ducted airconditioning, two temperature controlled wine cellars and three lounges.

Mr Larkin, who last week won a Master Builders Award for a Home Renovation/Remodelling Project over $1 million for Belvedere at Ascot, said Sky-Frame electric sliding doors were imported from Switzerland, adding to the luxe look of the new home.

“No expense has been spared here,” Mr Larkin said.

“We are delivering an extremely good product for the area.”

He said a “couple hundred grand” was spent on granite and marble throughout.

A walk-in cold room, cinema, gym and sauna add to the long list of standout features in the home.

Need room to park your cars? There’s plenty of space available at Noir.

However, Mr Larkin said the main feature of the home was the basement.

“There’s a bar and room for 12 cars – it’s like a man cave,” he said.

Developed by Zephyr Industries, Noir, proved a “challenging build” for Brayden Larkin.

A heavily landscaped balcony blends into the natural surrounding, encompassed by “lots of black, concrete and timber”.

Mr Larkin said when the block was originally passed in at auction about two years ago, he decided to make the purchase last year and take up the challenge of building Noir.

“This will be the best home we have built so far, it’s the best in Brisbane,” he said.

“It’s the best new home in Brisbane to ever hit the market.” Mr Larkin is also selling Belvedere, a jaw-dropping home at 15 Towers St, Ascot, which made headlines across Queensland early this year. The four-level home has five-bedrooms, seven-bathrooms and a wine cellar which comes with three barrels of custom wine made specifically for the home buy Gerler Wines. Both properties are being sold by Ray White New Farm’s Matt Lancashire, phone 0416 476 480 for information.
