Randy does a great job explaining the current housing market. For instance, the Banks are providing lending for people who are looking to buy new homes. So he said it IS an ideal time to buy a new home if you are in the position to do so. Randy commends the Banks on how they are handling the current crisis, the banks have been very flexible and understanding of people’s financial situations (as long as they communicate with their lender!!!!).

Another big question I asked to Randy for this housing market update video was about when all the unemployment benefits, stimulus package, and other programs expire, what his opinion is on the matter. Randy explains, as many other experts have, is still hard to tell, but at the current moment, we are doing better than projected. One of Randy’s biggest concerns about the crisis is the over-reaction of elected officials. He doesn’t believe there is a one size fits all law that can fix everyone’s issues because we all have different situations.

Randy then gets into how Banking is a relationship based service. Especially in the current state of the US housing market, communication to your lender is VITAL to ensuring financial stability, even if you do not have employment currently.

Randy also talks about how right now, if you are looking to buy, is a GREAT time to buy in the housing market. Mortgage rates are historically low and it will not stay like that for much longer. Randy talks about how in the near future, the requirements for getting a loan will be much tighter because of the current situation.

We then get into the commercial real estate topics and I ask Randy about the state of funding for commercial loans to secure multi-family units. Randy is noticing the lending requirements are getting tighter and banks require more financial stability for the person they are looking to borrow to.

    Always follow the money!
    When the repo market went illiquid in September 2019 it marked the beginning of the crash…the C-19 is just a handy thing to blame the bankers greed on. The bankers will be bailed out again. The good news about C-19 is that it cured the flu…look how they’ve cooked the books and lied to us about that…C-19 is getting the blame for everything so that they control us with FEAR — False Events Appearing as Real…
    Time to wake up people…these stupid masks are nothing but a ritual to become more enslaved…it’s been happening for decades, but the powers that be (not the puppet politicians) are getting real comfortable standing on our throats. 70% Americans are sound asleep to this message…the us government is being manipulated into being a weapon of mass destruction…
    Not sure there was much of a message from your politician turned banker…
    Standing up for freedom may be nearly impossible in this “turn your neighbor in” , distopian world we’re sheeping into…
    Big Pharma is jumping on board to use it to sell vaccines, and health care is becoming militarized. If we don’t demand our freedom and recognize that we actually are intended to live on this planet we will give away our freedom and control by the few…

  2. A number of people are on forbearance and also renters are not paying rent and are subject to eviction but they are buying time with the help of the Federal moratorium program.

  3. I think people are too focused on the 'number' and the 'low interest rate' and ignoring a market trends. We are in a time like no other and nothing like this in history has happened with our current situation.

  4. Great guest!!! However, I strongly disagree with him. It’s not all hunky dorie….. defaults will start coming this November……depression will happen if we don’t have a vaccine or if stimulus are ceased. The Kwak brothers have high quality guests which we appreciate. I killed the 👍🏼Button for the Kwak bro’s cash 💵 flow….

    Home prices are going down 50%. Just wait 6 to 12 months. Its not complicated. Asset price deflation cannot be stopped. Consumer price inflation is coming.
