  2. This will be a must watch later. Money Mondays is must see viewing. Watching just isn't enough, you have to take action! Would love to see a video about out of State investing down the line.

  3. I was born with one hand, and faced so much adversity growing up. I thought I wasn’t gonna be able to take care of myself as a man and my family.   4. A lot of gems dropped in this episode, but I'm sorry… that real estate agent should sharpen up some of his skills.

    Here are some things to help clarify his misses:

    1) NMLS is the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System, which governs the licenses needed for a mortgage broker to remain licenses (as per the F.A.I.R. Lending Act).

    2) Also, big developers moving in ~may~ reap benefits, but also increases risk. If the development doesn't end up getting finished, the values nearby will plummet, which happened many times throughout America (this is why construction loans are so difficult to get from a lender).

    3) FHA (Federal Housing Administration) is ONLY for your very first home, means you HAVE to live in it. Also, although the minimum is 3%, this loan comes with debt limits set by each county, and once you exceed that limit, you have to increase your down payment to cover that difference.

    Finally, if you want to buy a commercial property, DO NOT use a residential broker, they will likely screw up the deal (CRE is a different beast).

Want to get started only make $24 an hour and there are little to no multi-family homes available in my area will probably take a few years to save up and rebuild my credit but I'm more determined now than ever to improve my income, mind, body and spirit thanks a lot fellas you've changed my life

  6. Myron didn't used to do that save money back in the day bc it was stupid. You didnt have money att the time to invest. Crypto is the new< so smaller investors have a chance now

  7. Va loans are multi use!

    It has to be your primary home!

    Have a good credit score, so to pay far less, FICO 750 minimum!

    Appraisal fee $400 to $500 pay upfront.

    Funding fee 3% if you pay it up front you lower your cost. No interest cost!

  8. Intresting to see Myron once he hits his money goals.Once one hits those targets and there's a consistent money flow there's a level of assurance one attains in ones self, knowing everything is covered financially. Kudos to his financial discipline in the choas and temptation of miami.
