  2. I understood micro-flipping as getting a contract from a wholesaler who already has a property under contract but has trouble trying to find a buyer, so you JV with that wholesaler and find a buyer and jump in the middle? A-B, B-C, C-D? In the video this seems like your pulling a list and I am trying to understand why the spreads would be only few grand if your just finding a deal locking it under contract and then finding a buyer to assign it too?
