  1. I follow Dave Ramsey and I recalled those recent videos you were referring about. I was questioning the accuracy of what he was selling about the housing market. It did not make sense to me to buy homes while homes are over priced.
    You quoted him exactly!
    I live in South Florida and recalled many homes dropped over 60% back in 2008.

  2. the area im looing in for the last 3months used to have 3/4 open houses per week now its over 30+ and each day i see price cuts esp houses priced at 600k+, one house came at 900k, two week reduced to 850, last week 800k and yesterday reduced to 724k. the is the biggest drop ive seen so far.

    Cant stand that bald guy, his advice on house market should not be taken seriously IMO. i think he owns a lot of real estate property or he greatly benefits from selling at a higher price. For me the golden truth about housing market is people income growth. i dont care who says what

  3. YES , I Just going to focus to pay my home , and another property I got a great interest couple years . and just to save and don't invest . if there is not jobs as much as before and gas and essentials as food and utilities getting higher everyday. it will be mad to borrow more. r

  4. Prices will come down eventually I've seen some houses go down 10k in prices in my state. I'm planning to get into a new house in 5 years or so.

  5. Yeah I heard this the show and I was lmao on how wrong he is. Housing prices will drop between 50%-70% once this all hits because this will start as a recession and will turn into a depression people are just in denial.

  6. Generally, I like and follow Dave Ramsey… I don't agree at all with his current comments about now (June 2022) being a good time to buy real estate. Dave R. is wrong and steering people in the wrong direction.

  7. I know, But Ramsy is right. These homes will keep going up especially homes in Phoenix Az. When people start panic sellingvin California from homes dropping 100k then and only then. This might be a surprise but there are alot of people in the Middle class sector that have money. And this market will be a renters market for the next 10 years. Remember the Markets are Always proving the Masses wrong. The market will crash when people least expect it.

  8. Hey Steve, First time on your channel. I respect what you are saying. However, I do concur with what Dave Ramsey is saying. It is a time to both buy and sale on any market, just depends ones situation. I am in California and while as cashing out on one's house in this market is a great idea, buying in this market is a great idea as well. Once again depends on individual situation. I have friends who have bought in the last 3 – 12 months and have seen an increase in equity ($50k-$100k).

  9. When you applied to be one of his ELPs did he make sure you were a born again christian, with no extra-marital affairs? Did he make sure that if you weren't married that you were still a virgin. You know, all the things that are important to being a good real estate broker.

  10. I like Dave Ramsey and believe he is a debt guru, but he is wrong about the housing market. I wasn't sure what his motive was but now I know. Thanks for the great content.
