  1. In my area I see more and more homelessness. I have to assume high home prices and high rent is causing this problem. Wages are not keeping up with the massive high home prices.
    Opinions?? And Go

  2. Kris, since rates are so low, instead of putting 20% on 1 property would it be better to put 5% down on 4 properties in the same market and similar price? Even 10% on 2? Would a lender still work with you or would debt to income be too high if you did that?
