Teigan Cloke and her husband, ex-VFL player Michael Fogarty, are booting their North Warrandyte home at 64 Blooms Rd with $1.8-$1.9 million price hopes.

64 Blooms Rd, North Warrandyte is for sale.

Teigan Cloke and husband Michael Fogarty renovated the five-bedroom home.

She now rescues abused horses and told the Herald Sun it was time to upsize to more land with their children Levi, aged 3 and Nathaniel, 7 months old.

Their modern five-bedroom home was created with the help of Cloke family members.

“Jason has moved to Queensland but he was able to help tell me where to source materials,” she said.

“My other brother Cam is a carpenter and so is my husband, so they did a lot of the work. “My mum Julie helped me find the right vanities and flooring while my dad David was amazing with looking after the kids.”

Their stylish home boasts impressive bush views and is for private sale with Barry Plant Doncaster East.

Plenty of room for a big family.

Listing agent Spiro Drossos said Teigan had been the “project manager” who co-ordinated her family members during the build.

“She seems to have a flair for property,” Mr Drossos said.

“It’s really clever how they’ve flattened off part of the block to create a great entertainment space with views,” Mr Drossos said.
