  1. We didn't have a recession in 2020. The stimulus/govt upheld the up the economy, Fed kept rates historically low, and housing supply dried up.
    Keep buying though!

  2. Just got in an arguement with renters pretending to be homeowners talking about how evil landlords are. Would love a video about how landlords so the problem of inexpensive housing and actually keeping many people from being homeless.
