With real estate, it really all starts with the land itself.

In this video, I will explain what to look for when buying land including what infrastructure is available, i.e., electricity, gas, water, sewers and all of the other important utilities.

I will prompt you to do your research and due diligence on elements including flood zones and wetlands, road easements and access easements, whether the land underneath your foundations contain rocks or clay and more.

It’s important that you have a solid understanding of what you’re working with and to take everything into account, otherwise missed details will decrease your profitability.
