Turn This Common Real Estate Question Into Appointments - How's The Market?
Coaching

Today I want to talk to you about the most common, most repetitive, and oftentimes the least taken advantage question that real estate agents receive!

Have you guessed it? Here it is:

How’s the market?

Seems pretty straightforward, right? If you’re an agent you probably get asked this question by everyone in your database, your friends and family, random people in the supermarket, the list goes on.

You probably do an alright job answering it too! Give a quick rundown of how things are going and then move right along, but how often are you turning this question into an appointment? How often are you using this as an opportunity to learn more about the person asking and see if you might be able to help them – even if it’s months from now?

In this video, I am going to give you the perfect way to answer this question. I’m going to give you the tools to smoothly transition to asking more questions about them, finding out if you can help them, and ultimately going for an appointment!

You are going to learn that regardless of whether it is a buyers’ or sellers’ market, you can answer this question in a way that highlights what you do, your skills, and how you can help the person asking.

So don’t miss it!
