  1. I’m in Portland. I’m seeing $10-50k price cuts on listings 20-30 days old (overpriced listings) it’s definitely changing . They would of probably sold 2 months ago for the high price!!

  2. Agreed. Im looking at buying another today. Longer days on market for less desirable houses. So we can flip again. But cant go slow. Good houses are still going pretty fast.

  3. I personally felt suppressed last year. I got the itch for something new. Sold my house moved out of state and changed my job. I almost got on the crazy bandwagon to buy in this crazy market, but patience is key. It will slow and then I feel like it will get difficult to sell once people start snapping out of it.
