  1. We've been trying to buy all of 2021. We own our current manufactured home but am wanting to get a 4 befroom next. The decrease can't come fast enough for us

  2. So thankful I got mine locked in and at the best deal 10k under competition. If prices continue to rise I see a lot of possible foreclosures for people who don’t pay cash. Jobs market is trending way down and with prices going up not a good picture.

  3. I hope the lumber has peaked, after we move we need a deck and porch. Glad we locked in the price now. We’re going with Solitaire, they are promising a 90 day build. They don’t have a ton of options, but they are nice and build standards are very high and full sheet rock. Thanks, great as usual.

  4. A manufactured home near us (in a park) just sold for $180,000 in just a few days. This same house one year ago would have gone for $100,000 tops!!!

  5. The market is definitely keeping you on your toes. Keeping us informed as to the crazy ups has become a major part of your life. We appreciate the care and information you bring to your viewers. Thank you!

  6. Have a lot in a lakeside California community, want to put a home on it, was thinking that a small mobile home would make a great vacation house!!!
Was quoted $91,000 for a 500 sq ft Skyline home:(
The dealer told me the cost has risen $20,000 in the last year!!!
So if I bye one now and the prices come back to normal, I would lose the $20,000 spent on the surcharge:(

  7. Great information I'm so glad I got my new Clayton home before this madness I'm happy living in it 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👍🏽👸🏽😍😁
