  1. Of course, you know that you're better off Jerry.
    I mean she didn't even try to negotiate (!) that would've taken 3-4 more minutes on the phone with you. Also, she could've referred another brokerage or agent. Better off my friend.

  2. Ketchikan market is so small. I had a couple properties off the mark and seller was okay with the seller financing but wants a 100k down payment. I couldn’t find a hard money lender (i dont know how, would’ve been my first brrr)

    I had to pay 10% and I was tricked in to paying all closing told me that's how we do it. And yes I shopped around. Well it sold now * I'm buying and I have learned a lot from your video's. I'm trying to only buy one house. I been searching for 5 months either it's to high and they won't take my offer or they won't show me the place when it's convenient for me. I did put a offer on a bank owned property. I have over 30+ years in construction. I value the property at 40k which I will put in another 30k in it. When you own you do plywood not OSB. I'm not flipping. When I'm done it will be about 3,000sqft it's assessment is 80k my insurance to replace it is 225k my offer was declined with a counter of 52.5k from 54k next day they toke off market and valued at 76 then put back on the market at 49k I just put another offer for 43. And the only reason is I need the extra living space for my family. Any suggestions?

  8. I’m an agent in Seattle area if anyone wants to do this with me 12 deals a year, I’ll gladly take 1%. Have done this with a couple investor flips. So just putting this out there.

  9. This is exactly what I was talking to my husband about! I don’t understand realtors??? They have a career in real estate and still do not understand it.

  10. Average home $400k = $4k commission just for forwarding offers, 10 a year assuming you land in the middle of your initial goal an extra $40k. I’ll take it. I would’ve negotiated though & asked for 2%.
