  1. Do I have to get the contract approved by anyone or is it just all set? Also when assigning the contract to a buyer what do you then tell the seller? Or do you just give their info to the buyer and let them deal with it since it is on the contract

  2. Jerry, if you are the buyer, then it doesn't make a difference whether the post is from a wholesaler or an owner. But as a wholesaler, what should be the plan of action if the post is from another wholesaler? Is there any reason that you cant daisy chain, and if so do you have to disclose that to the original poster?

  3. On this contract that you used,, did you use the and/or assigns after your name, or was clause 26 enough to say that you might assign the contract? Also, do you also tell this to the seller when you go over the contract with them?

Jerry I do not where I would be without you, i started flipping becouase of tiktok, I saw a cool video on how to make money fast, i didnt trust it so i watched your video sereis of "watch me wholesale this house" and after about 2 series I felt comfortable on starting. I started last month and I am up 35,000!!!

  5. Hey jerry based on your latest repair video a property with that square footage would cost about 100k for a “heavy repair” but the analyzer estimated 76k ? Is it just better to use the analyzer? Thanks

  7. When looking at the escrow section, you name the escrow agent as "Phone". Can you elaborate in that a little more? Who should I put as the escrow agent, just phone?

  8. This a question to Jerry but also to anyone that could help. Does anyone know if this is possible to do wholesaling in the US from the UK. If so, are there any legal implications that i should be aware of and will agents be concerned with a UK phone number. The phone number issue is easily solved but i am just wondering if anyone has any information on this as there are few videos on the subject, and the concept of wholesaling is barely a thing here in the UK.
