  1. I have 2 cabins in big bear. Something you should know since your cabins are located in big bear lake (92315) the Str rules require you to have an in person check in agent. Self check in is not allowed. It’s also getting much more competitive with the more premium style cabins. That was my niche but there has been such an influx in strs it only helps somewhat. Wish you the best!

  2. Big Bear implemented an Urgent Ordinance that states that in order to operate a short term rental, a 24/7 complaint response agent and in-person check in agent are needed and must live locally. How are you going to navigate that requirement?
