House Flipping in 2022 – It is always what you buy the house for and get the property for when you are flipping, if you are getting it for a great deal then buy it; however, the last two years the housing prices were going up 20% the numbers of most rehab and flippers.

The 20% was weathering any storm on the purchase price so wholesalers/sellers could sale for market value now they are not going that due to market values changing. ALWAYS make sure you buy at a right price!
